Do scorpions bite?
I have heard cases of people being "bitten" by scorpions and I wonder how possible could that be. The doubt is very simple. Scorpions don't bite rather they sting their victims. Though snakes and scorpions have widespread effects of venom on their victims; however, the former bite while the latter sting.

Scorpions have eight legs and a pair of lobster-like pinchers and a tail that curves up. They sting using the stinger in their tails.
